Propane industry partners

The National Propane Gas Association is the national trade association representing the propane industry.
 
The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) collects an assessment on every gallon of propane at the time it is odorized or imported into the country. Assessment funds are used for safety, training, research, development, and consumer education.
 
The World LP Gas Association is the LP gas industry representative to international agencies, and fosters the growth of global LP gas use through leadership of the industry worldwide. The World LP Gas Association's mission is to promote the use of LP gas as a clean, all-purpose, and efficient fuel.
 
Combined heat and power partnership EPA’s Combined Heat and Power Partnership (CHP) is an efficient, clean, and reliable approach to generating power and thermal energy from a single fuel source.   The CHP Partnership is a voluntary program that seeks to reduce the environmental impact of power generation by promoting the use of CHP.  The Partnership works closely with energy users, the CHP industry, state and local governments, and other stakeholders to support the development of new projects and promote their energy, environmental, and economic benefits.
 
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is a worldwide leader in providing fire, electrical, and life safety information to the public. Its mission is to reduce the worldwide burden of fire and other hazards on the quality of life by developing and advocating scientifically based consensus codes and standards, research, training, and education.
