Surplus property sales

At Ferrellgas, we sometimes outgrow the buildings that house our retail operations, or we move to a new location to remain close to our Customers. When we do relocate, we look for ways to best utilize our real estate.

To inquire about the potential sale of a property, please use the form below to submit your name, contact information, a detailed description of the property you are interested in purchasing, and your intended use of the property to Ferrellgas' Real Estate Department.

We will process and review your inquiry, and a Ferrellgas representative will contact you to discuss the property. Please be advised that the review process could take up to 45 days to complete.

Any property sold will be subject to a deed restriction prohibiting the property from being used in the marketing, sale or distribution of propane and propane accessories.
