Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. offers investors the ability to purchase its common units directly through a plan that is administered by its Transfer Agent—Computershare. The plan allows participants to invest in Ferrellgas Partners common units and reinvest partnership distributions conveniently and economically.

Key features of the program include:

All Ferrellgas Partners unitholders of record, including those who hold Ferrellgas Partners common unit certificates, are automatically eligible to participate in the Direct Investment/Reinvestment Plan.

New investors can become Ferrellgas Partners common unitholders with as little as $1,000 and may invest up to $10,000 per month via this plan (see exceptions below for investments greater than $10,000).

You can build your investment over time by making additional purchases periodically, either automatically through bank account deduction or payment by mail.

All common units purchased through the plan will be held for you in book entry form by the Plan Administrator. Ferrellgas Partners common unit certificates currently held by you may be deposited with the Plan Administrator for safekeeping.

You can sell any book entry common units being held for you through the plan.

From time to time, we may accept investments in excess of $10,000 via a Request for Waiver. To find out if we are accepting Requests for Waivers, please call 913-661-2156.
