Important: Please read these rules before entering this sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all the eligibility requirements below.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to Ferrellgas residential Auto Fill customers who are legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and directors of Ferrellgas, L.P. (Ferrellgas), and its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors, who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of Ferrellgas during (or during the period six months prior to) the Promotion Period, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and to the decision of the Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
WINNERS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE SELECTED IN A RANDOM DRAWING UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE SPONSOR. ANY RESIDENTIAL AUTO FILL CUSTOMER DURING PROMOTION PERIOD IS ELIGIBLE TO WIN. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES.
The Sweepstakes begins December 1, 2023, at 12 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and ends March 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Promotion Period”). Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Ferrellgas, L.P. d/b/a Blue Rhino (the “Sponsor”).
Entry: Any Residential Auto Fill customer with an active account will be automatically entered to win. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit, whether through multiple or different applicable accounts or means, will be void. No other method of entry is permitted. No mechanically reproduced or automatically generated entries are permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified. If you enter using a mobile device, standard data charges may apply from your carrier.
By uploading or submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions listed below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Ferrellgas, in its sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. By uploading or submitting your Entry, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted in these Official Rules; and (b) represent and warrant that your Entry and its use as contemplated in these Official Rules does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Winner Selection: By 5 p.m. CST on the first Friday following each month of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries. A total of four (4) winners will be selected within the entire Promotion Period.
Prizes: Each winner will receive a $250 credit to their customer account. Credit has no expiration date and may be redeemed at the winner’s discretion. Prizes cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash value.
For All Entries: Entries are limited to one per customer per month during the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit, whether through multiple or different applicable accounts or means, will be void. By uploading or submitting an Entry, Entrant grants to Ferrellgas, L.P. (and Sponsors’ licensees and assigns) a royalty-free, assignable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Entries in whole or in part, and otherwise use the Entry in all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in any way Ferrellgas, L.P. see fit including, but not limited to, entertainment, instruction/education, promotional, advertising and/or marketing or trade association purposes. In connection with all rights granted herein, Ferrellgas, L.P. (and Sponsors’ licensees and assigns) shall also have the right to incorporate Entries, in whole or in part, into other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. If necessary, Entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Ferrellgas, L.P. or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Entrant is granting to use the Entry.
Compliance: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Announcement will be sent to the potential Prize winner by email or phone call, and Administrator may request the potential winner to provide his/her complete first and last name (no initials), physical mailing address, and customer account number to verify identity. Any potential winner has forty-eight (48) hours to respond to the Administrator’s email with the requested information or the Prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. All federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of a Prize are solely the responsibility of each winner. Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, emails, or other attempts at contact, including, without limitation, emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which can divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. The right to receive a Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no Prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Any and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Ferrellgas, and its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Privacy Policy: Any personal identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its agent and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers for the sole purpose of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, in accordance with Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy at https://www.ferrellgas.com/privacy-policy/.
