Ferrellgas Favored Program Terms and Conditions

Who Can Join
Ferrellgas Favored is a program developed and managed by Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (Ferrellgas). The Ferrellgas Favored program is open to residential propane consumers who own their propane tank and are 18 years of age or older. An active email address is required, but no purchase is necessary to join the Ferrellgas Favored program. By enrolling in the Ferrellgas Favored program, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Ferrellgas employees and their spouses/domestic partners are not eligible to participate in the Ferrellgas Favored program.

How to Receive Offers
To enroll, participants must login or register for a MyFerrellgas account, Ferrellgas’ free password-protected online account management tool, by visiting www.MyFerrellgas.com. Each month, Ferrellgas Favored participants will receive an email or text message containing an exclusive offer. The monthly offer may vary each month and is specific to each participant’s local Ferrellgas office. Monthly offers will expire at 5 p.m. local time on the last business day of each calendar month (the “offer deadline”). To utilize the monthly offer, customers must call their local Ferrellgas office or place their order online prior to each monthly offer deadline. Not all Ferrellgas locations offer Ferrellgas Favored. To determine which locations are offering the Ferrellgas Favored program, email [email protected]. Ferrellgas Favored program participants agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Ferrellgas. Customers may manage their communication preferences by clicking on ‘Manage preferences’ in the bottom of each email.

General Ferrellgas Favored Program Information
Ferrellgas may, at any time, terminate, alter, or modify the Ferrellgas Favored program and/or these terms and conditions without further obligations and/or benefits to participants. Ferrellgas will provide written notice via email and/or a notice posted on Ferrellgas.com should we terminate, alter, or modify the Ferrellgas Favored program and/or these terms and conditions. “Terms and conditions” shall refer to these terms and conditions, as they are modified by Ferrellgas in its sole and absolute discretion. These terms and conditions are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.

Non-Qualifying Items
Offer only valid on the purchase of propane and may not be combinable with other offers. Residential propane users who lease their tank from Ferrellgas are not eligible. Ferrellgas customers who are currently enrolled or become enrolled in Ferrellgas’ price-protection program, FerrellSecure, are not eligible to participate. Ferrellgas customers enrolled in Ferrellgas' Budget Billing Program are not eligible to participate. Ferrellgas customers who own a tank with a water capacity of less than 250 gallons are not eligible to participate. Ferrellgas customers who our enrolled in our most convenient delivery option, Auto Fill Service, are not eligible to participate. Minimum fill may be required.
