Ambassador Software Terms And Conditions

Modification or Termination of the Program 

Ferrellgas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Referral incentives, rewards, or other benefits are subject to the specific terms of the Referral Program and may be modified, withheld, or discontinued at Ferrellgas’s sole discretion. Participation does not guarantee that any referral will qualify for an incentive or that any incentive will be paid. Employees are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from incentives or rewards received under the Referral Program. Ferrellgas may report the value of any incentives as required by applicable law and may withhold taxes from payroll where permitted or required. Ferrellgas reserves the right to disqualify any employee from participating in the Referral Program and to withhold or recover any incentive if Ferrellgas determines, in its sole discretion, that the employee violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable company policies, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct.
 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferrellgas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Referral Program.
 

Privacy 

Participation with the Ambassador Software is subject to Ferrellgas’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of operating the Referral Program. Employees participating in the Referral Program must comply with all applicable Ferrellgas company policies, including the Ferrellgas Ethical Code, Confidentiality Policy, Social Media & Online Conduct Policy, and any policies relating to customer communications and data privacy. 
 
By submitting your information through the third-party form from Ambassador, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Ambassador Terms of Use and consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from Ambassador on behalf of Ferrellgas regarding the referral program. You understand that your information will be processed in accordance with Ambassador’s privacy practices and that you may opt out of receiving such communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those communications or by updating your communication preferences in the referral portal.
 

Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Missouri without regard to conflict of law principles.
