Since our founding, Ferrellgas has been rooted in small-town values that guide our efforts to support local communities. Through the Ferrellgas Century Project, where we are dedicated to making this world an even better place, we partner with organizations that create meaningful change in hometowns across America. We partner with organizations that effect meaningful change in hometowns across America. In 2024, we proudly supported over 200 events in the communities we service, focusing on empowering those in need and fostering stronger connections.

We have collaborated with incredible organizations to uplift and support the communities our customers and employees call home. These partnerships reflect our commitment to making a positive impact throughout the country.

Celebrating Community Spirit in the Northeast

Empowering Local Law Enforcement in New York:

Our team joined forces with the Galway Co-op to support the Fulton County Sheriff’s Project Lifesaver program. This program enhances local law enforcement's ability to locate and assist individuals with cognitive disorders, providing peace of mind to families and much-needed support to vulnerable community members.

Celebrating Endurance and Teamwork:

We proudly returned as a sponsor of the UP200 Sled Dog Races, an iconic event in Michigan that highlights endurance, teamwork, and the unique beauty of sled dog racing. This beloved tradition brought together participants and spectators to celebrate community spirit.

A Tradition of Passion and Community:

For Ferrellgas General Manager Doug H., the Copper Dog 150 in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is more than a sled dog race. It’s a passion, a community, and a tradition. As a founder and longtime event president, Doug has helped shape this premier event. This year, he stepped in as a judge, continuing his support for the mushing community he loves. “It’s so infectious. You know, a lot of people just love dogs, and the mushing community is a special community that we all love. We really connect with them,” Doug shared. At Ferrellgas, we’re proud to support our employees and the communities they care about. Through sponsorships like this, we celebrate the dedication, camaraderie, and traditions that bring people together.

Supporting Women and Children in Florida:

We proudly supported the 14th Annual Mary’s Home Luncheon and Fashion Show in Stuart, Florida. Mary’s Home provides housing and support to women and children in need, and this event helped raise vital funds to further their mission of creating lasting change.
