​Thanks, Jennifer, for going the extra mile

It’s long been said that the way to someone’s heart is through his or her stomach. Thanks to the generous and thoughtful gift from one of our newest customers, the hearts of each and every one of the employees at our Quincy, California, office have never been happier.

“When I got in the office this morning I had this package on my desk,” Quincy Customer Service Specialist Jennifer Tuck said. “It is from a new customer that I helped set up. We were able to fill her up the next day. She called and thanked me for all that I did and asked if I had any nut allergies. I thought ‘what an odd question!’ She sent me a loaf of banana bread and homemade jams. Talk about a sweet surprise!”

Che W. of nearby Greenwood, California, says she has used propane in the past, but this was her first experience doing business with Ferrellgas.

“I normally say or express my appreciation in other ways, but I like baking and canning and thought it was a good way to say ‘thank you’ for the help I received,” she said. “I’ve never been treated that well before. I’m amazed there are still people like Jennifer in the world. I’m going to tell all my friends about Ferrellgas. All of them.”
