Thanks to ongoing advances in solar technology, we’ve gotten better and better at harnessing the power of the sun. This makes solar panels an intriguing option for those interested in living off the grid.

Thankfully, propane serves as the perfect backup to a solar water heating system and a perfect complement to those who also prefer the benefit of gas-burning appliances such as stovetops in their off-grid cottage or home. 

Put another way, it’s yet another way that propane provides significant flexibility to architects, builders, and, most importantly, homeowners.
